Mumbai: IT major Mahindra Satyam has appointed Hari Narayanan as the Head of new business development in Japan. He will be responsible to lead a team and drive business development across emerging technologies growing the company's presence in the automotive, manufacturing, banking and financial services industries. Earlier, Narayanan was the Country Manager of SRM Technologies, Japan. His appointment follows a recent announcement of Bobby Gupta to the position of Head-Sales and New Development in Australia and New Zealand. "In keeping with our aggressive plans for the Asia Pacific region, Mahindra Satyam is strengthening business by growing sales and accelerating momentum, thus achieving a dominant presence in this region," said Rohit Gandhi, Mahindra Satyam Head of Asia Pacific (based out of Singapore).
