A recent research by Regus, a provider of facility management and business support services revealed that half of the employees in big companies don't like their co-workers.

“In today's busy workplace, the value of building relationships through collaboration seems like a tough job but for employers it is important to structure the workplace to create a positive environment for employees. In addition, having flexible working time and discussing issues with managers can help improve collaboration,” said Paul Migliorini, CEO, Regus Australia and New Zealand.
