GlobalLogic names Milind Jadhav as Chief People Officer

Banaglore: GlobalLogic, which provides software product development services, has appointed Milind Jadhav as its Chief People Officer. Jadhav will work with GlobalLogic's CEO, Peter Harrison, to advance the company's leadership in outsourced product development.
Jadhav said, "The GlobalLogic business model presents opportunity for people both inside the organization and in the market to showcase their skills in the OPD space."
Jadhav brings with him his experiences in Human Resources Operations in the U.S., India, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Jadhav worked with blue chip companies in the IT (Information Technology) Services, Aviation and Manufacturing industry segments such as Patni Computer Systems, Zensar Technologies, Mascot Systems (now iGATE), Emirates Airlines, Kalyani Group and Suzlon Energy.
"His leadership skills and deep understanding of global people management best practices will be essential to our company," said Peter Harrison, CEO, GlobalLogic.
