According to the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), unbagged seats rolled up to an enormous 13,000 after the Common Entrance Test (CET).Around 9,328 seats were vacant after final round of counseling of ComedK. In short, vacant seats are likely to be numbered around 22,000 this year. Astonishingly, there are around 30 colleges without a single taker through ComedK. In universities like Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology and Coorg Institute of Technology, their 126 and 108 seats respectively are not even considered after counseling.
