1. Naina Lal Kidwai: This successful lady is currently holding the position of Group General Manager and Country Head of HSBC India. Originally Naina is a chartered accountant by profession, who later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. She was the first Indian woman to get a degree from Harvard Business School. Since 1982- 1994, she worked at the Bank named ANZ Grindlays holding several top positions there. Besides that, Naina has also worked as non-executive director on the board of Nestle SA, Chairwoman, and City of London's Advisory Council for India, Global Advisor, and Harvard Business School. Fortune global list had repeatedly ranked Naina as the top woman in business.
