A responsible Employees when assigned a fairly deserve Job role he/she will be more likely to perform better rather than just being compelled to do so. Giving an opportunity for an employee to be self managed will certainly reduce the chances of failure. 

Furthermore bring out the comfort zone is yet another important aspect for the overall growth in a company. Individuals are perpetually looking for change but hardly excel due to lack of opportunities.

Incentive plans need to be attuned to the respective business platforms and since companies vary from each other, they need to adapt to an incentive plan that can sync well with it. Companies should also take a step forward to build labeled bands and fixed parameters on which its promotions can be based on.

Frequent talks and flexibility:

Effective communication can help boost or promote a high motivated work environment. The key lies with having an approachable management where problems and ides are shared. Moreover it is essential to maintain transparency and inform employees at a regular basis. This will not only crease rumors but will also help in building the right qualities amongst employees.
