One of the big consulting firms ABC conducted around 100 senior level searches for the various e-com companies in India. According to Anshuman Das, managing partner, Longhouse Consulting, "We have 70-80 percent of our business coming from ecommerce and expect to handle 180-200 mandates this year, up from 75-85 last year," reports ET.
