Instead, some of the top corporate leaders have struggled hard to hold the higher posts in this corporate world. 1. Ratan Tata:
Ratan Naval Tata is the former Chairman of the Tata Group and the grandson of the famous business tycoon and the founder of the Tata group Jamsedji Tata. Though his childhood was a bit troublesome, Ratan Tata did not lose his courage and he completed his B.S in architecture with structural engineering from Cornell University and he also completed his Advanced Management Program from the Harvard Business School. After his studies he returned back to India by turning down a job offered by IBM on the advice of JRD Tata. Later he was sent to Jamshedpur to work with other blue collar employees on the shop floor at Tata Steel for shoveling limestone and handling the blast furnace. Later in 1971, he was appointed as the Director of National Radio and Electronics [Nelco]. And at last, he was appointed as the Chairman of Tata Group in the year 1991.
