NEW DELHI: U.S.-based BPO company e4e Healthcare Services plans to hire more than 700 full time employees across locations in India, the U.S. and Philippines.

The company plans to increase headcount due to a robust growth of 27 percent in the first quarter of 2014 across its strategic clients and due to five new client acquisitions, e4e Healthcare Services said in a statement.

"e4e had a phenomenal Q1 this year. Our business outlook anticipates a Y-o-Y growth of over 35 per cent. Our pipeline and revenue momentum for rest of the year remains very strong," e4e Healthcare Services LLC CEO Bhaskar Menon said.

The company will continue to add more employees over the next three quarters to accommodate this growth, he added.

"In fact, we have already crossed the 1,000-employee milestone in our second India centre in Noida," Menon said.

"e4e Healthcare Services announced increase in its global headcount, hiring more than 700 full time employees across its locations in India, U.S. and Philippines," the statement added.

The company's HR and support teams are geared to rapidly hire, train, retain and develop resources across locations, so as to meet the growing demands of the company's existing and new clients, he added.
