DU Among the Top 100 Institutes for Producing Global Leaders

Bangalore: If you aim at becoming a successful global leader, then Delhi University is the place to be. This institution of higher education in India’s capital is something to talk about while considering the international list of 100 top institutes for producing top CEOs. The Delhi University has shaped the future of several individuals as CEOs for the Fortune Global 500, 2013, as reported by Vanita Srivastava, Hindustan Times.

India from across the globe is recognized for its education, especially the Delhi University which is ranked at the 68th position among the top 100 universities for educating best CEOs.

The University bears excellent personalities as its alumni who are the top CEOs of the Fortune 500 companies today. Ranbir Singh Butola of Indian Oil and Anshu Jain of Deutshe Bank, who supervises combined revenue of around $153 billion, are famous examples for former students. “While India’s universities in general face a struggle to produce graduates with the skills that employers need, and also fail to feature in the top 200 of the overall rankings, it is great news that one of India’s flagship universities, the University of Delhi, makes this list,” Phil Baty editor at large of Times Higher Education told HT.
