Women cover almost 70 to 80 percent of the consumer population who either buy things directly or on behalf of others. A survey by HR consulting firm DDI and the Conference Board suggests that among 20 percent of the financially well performing companies, almost 27 percent of leaders are women. Research shows that the companies with women at leadership show much stronger financial outcomes.

According to WEF, only 117 million are working women among the net workforce of 478 million people. This stands as only the 24 percent of the entire work force. Women, most often are not offered with the value they actually deserve, so, in order to meet the demand of talent, companies should explore the wide range of untapped woman talent pool.
