"Although it may be in demand, new graduates with a business degree may struggle if they don't have a specialty or experience in a certain direction," says Zimenoff. "With their degree of breadth in business knowledge, they will need to be able to pull the pieces together and demonstrate their relevance in a specific position or industry."
The degree offers prominent business and management skills, and focuses on areas like marketing, human resources and leadership, which fulfills the requirement of the employers. William further adds that, "Fortunately, most business programs push internships hard, and students with these experiences will find their job search [to be] much shorter."
