Deadly Types of Hiring Manager You Have Never Seen
5. The Corrupt Recruiter:
There is no harm in proposing your friends or any of your relatives’ names for a job that was offered to you. But, it doesn’t look good when a recruiter drops you from the job post and asks you to propose any of your friends or relatives name for the job post immediately after dropping you. Many recruiters adapt this behavior of discouraging the candidate in front of other co-recruiters and ask for the candidates friends or relatives number to contact and offer the job openings. Apart from that, if you are asked to sign a contract on how long you are suppose to work in the company on the contract basis, many recruiters lie you saying it’s for a long period of one to two years when it is actually one year.
If you come across such recruiters, it’s better to avoid their words and move on in search of a better job.
