Bangalore: CRM services provider Convergys has announced that it will recruit over 500 technical support experts for its Bangalore office in the period of six months. The new hires are a fall out of Convergys' expanded business from a major telecommunications client and a major software client, informs Convergys. The new employees will be offering technical support in Tier 1 through Tier 3 to the clients' customers. Convergys has said that in addition to comprehensive training, it will also offer its employees competitive wages and benefits including tuition reimbursement. Ashish Garg, Director of Recruitment for Convergys' Customer Management operations in India confirms the news and says, "Bangalore is Convergys' primary hub in India for technical support services. The strong performance of our Bangalore workforce continues to win Convergys expanded business from our brand name clients, and we will be hiring the very best candidates for the 500 positions to ensure that we continue to the deliver the superior service levels on which we've built our reputation."
