The company has been rewarded with more than respectable company rating of 3.9 out of 5.

As per the respondents, great industry experience, good work-life balance, friendly environment, great company culture and growth prospects are some of the pros, while relatively lower compensation packages that is not up to the industry standards are some of the cons of being employed at this firm.  

L&T

Larsen & Toubro is the only Indian entry in the list. It is slotted at the 20th position in the list, thanks largely to a more than healthy employee score of 3.7 out a possible 5 rating points.

L&T offers a great learning experience said the respondents. As per them, reasonable pay, exposure to the best practices and great facilities are some of the pros; while bureaucracy is a con of being associated with this firm.
