Bangalore: ClearOne, a communications solutions company that develops and sells audio conferencing systems and other related products for audio, video, and web conferencing applications, has named Narsi Narayanan as the Vice President of Finance in the company. He brings with him over 15 years of professional experience in the areas of accounting, finance and taxes to his new role in the company. He joined the company as a Financial Consultant in May 2009. Prior to ClearOne, Narayanan managed the SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP accounting research, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and other financial reporting functions at Solo Cup Company, a $1.8 billion consumer products company. His earlier associations include eCollege.com, a technology company serving private educational institutions.
