Adding he said that, every year around 2,000 engineers are hired in their firm and in that the passion towards learning new things is missing in the present day professionals. The present youngsters seem not to have realized the fact that learning is a lifelong process which has no end. It is something which never ends even after you complete your graduation and earn a degree in a respective stream.

Madhok has also observed that among millions of students who graduate every year, only nine percent of them are professionally trained and the rest who get employed will be trained on their job.

Poor choice of the career stream:

Professor Parasuram, Director, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, said that, of all the millions of graduates who graduate every year only around 20 percent among them are able to find jobs at the end of their courses. But even among those who successfully find a job, it is only around 50 percent of them who will be able to successfully find a job of their interest and education.
