Mumbai: NIIT has announced the appointment of Madhabi Puri Buch, Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Securities as an Independent Non Executive Director on its board. NIIT's expertise in learning content development, training delivery and education process management make it the most preferred training partner, NIIT said in a statement. Buch joined the board of directors of the Bank in 2007, heading the Internal Control Environment function, including global operations, global risk management and the legal, compliance and audit functions for the Bank.
