The librarian's role has had a bit of a make-over lately with the introduction of newer technology like the e-books and e-reading. But the main role still remains the same as to help people find anything they may be searching for, from books to general information. Even though a librarian job is a people focused role, some of the duties vary according to the size of library. And moreover these individuals are responsible for acquiring, organizing books, managing data base and distributing library resources to ensure that it meets the needs of all its users.

And going by this line it can said that lazy people with street smart brain can use their energy and thinking on doing difficult things more easily, effortlessly and even smartly. There is no doubt that virtually every job description would find a place where leadership ability would be mentioned and that’s the beauty of it. Great leader is more than a title and leadership is about bringing the best within the individual and recognizing the qualities of other to get the best out of them.
