According to the 2009 estimate by World Bank Group, Hyderabad is the second best Indian city for doing business. Software exports from the city itself generates around 36,000 crore. Hyderabad tourism sector has emerged as one of the best in India and was listed in nineteenth place in ‘the list of 41 places to go in 2011’ by The New York Times. Emerged as the biopharmaceutical center of the world, the city is now known as the pharmaceutical capital of India.
