So, how do you deal with such a psycho managers?

It is very easy to identify a difficult psycho boss as they take very less time to show you who they are. So at that time, the first thing which you must do is to get away from such a difficult manager before he turns your life miserable as they can make your life hard at any time. Avoid wasting time on them thinking they may change positively in the future as they are the wrong person whom you can trust upon.
