Are You Planning to quit Your Job?

2. No pay Hikes and benefits: Hike in the pay packages and promotions illustrate good performance. If there is no chance of advancement in career, it is better for you to abandon your job. No one will like to work in an organization where there are no chances of growth or progress. Try to find and figure, whether you are being paid enough by the organization for your efforts or not. Likewise, also figure out the benefits, that you can avail from the organization like a health insurance policy, bonuses etc.  If you feel that you are not receiving a right pay for your hard work and other benefits that you can avail in some other company, it is time for you to quit your job.

3. Unfavorable work Schedules:  You may be a careerist who is quite ambitious in life, but remember that a proper work schedule is quite important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. If your work requires you to attend night shifts or, if the timings of the employment are fluctuating, it is time for you to quit your job. Keep in mind that you need to give importance to your family as well, especially when you have a spouse or a kid at home.
