Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School was founded in the year 1968 by Late Shri. Gopalkrishna Singhania and named after his wife late Smt.
Sulochanadevi Singhania. The school started operating in 1969 and has rapidly expanded from under 400 students then to more than 6400 students now. The board of Governors of the school is headed by Dr. Vijaypat Singhania, Chairman Emeritus- Raymond Ltd.
The school is a recognized unaided linguistic minority institution affiliated to the Council for Indian School Certificate examinations and prepares students for the ICSE and ISC Examinations.
The School offers education to students from Std. Jr.K.G to Std. 12. It is located centrally in Thane and situated on a 12.8 acre large campus, full of greenery and large spacious grounds.
