IB takes extra efforts

The International Baccalaureate institutions are quite strict with the training style of their teachers and the way they deliver.  Besides their basic degrees, aspiring teacher are made to take up additional training.

Learner profiles set as the key factor for IB school requisites as it plays a positive approach in the ‘way education is imparted’.  Here students are the enquirers while the teachers are facilitators in the learning classes of the IB institutions.

Dealing with Complex Cases

Old practices which include corporal punishments and verbal rebuke can leave quite a heavy burden on teachers when dealing with indifferent and difficult students.
