Flight attendant:
For some people it might be an honor to travel in flights but not all people who travel in flights think the same, specially the flight attendants.
Flight attendants provide personal services to ensure the safety and comfort of airline passengers and ensure that everyone follows security regulations. Since airlines operate every day and have overnight flights they work night shifts, weekends and even on holidays.
They work with the risk of injuries while opening overhead compartments, during turbulence, pushing carts, or during aircraft emergencies. They also face medical problems from irregular sleep patterns, the stress of frequent travel and exposure to sick passengers.
The median annual wage for flight attendants is $37,240 and the projected job growth by 2022 is minus 7 percent. They have high stress with low pay and shrinking market of flight attendants
Head cook:
If cooking is your passion then you might not feel any burden while working as a head cook but in the case of a job just for survival being a head cook you might find it difficult to manage the work.
The work schedule of a head cook is very stressful as they oversee the daily food preparation at restaurants and other places where food is served. They direct kitchen staff and handle any food-related concerns.
They work in restaurants, hotels, houses with the risk of slipping down because of slippery floors, burning from hot ovens or hot vessels and cut from the sharp, big knives.
They live a stressful life, as their work schedule starts from early morning to late night, and they cook constantly. The median annual wage for head cook is $42,480 and the projected job growth by 2022 is 5 percent.
