Having been your own boss, both freedom and money will seem to conflict when identifying the right job. But the smart way to deal with it is to ignore both of these luxuries, for the time being, and head towards finding the right place to work.
Moreover individuals need to get clarity about what draws them to a firm and then look at its do’s and don’ts for further course of action. Once you have enough information and you are convinced then that is the place to be in, think about how you can contribute to the firm.
