According to BLS report, employment opportunities of nuclear engineers are projected to grow 9 percent by 2022, and this is because trends in power generation may likely need to upgrade safety systems at power plants.

Marine engineering is a division of engineering that deals with the nautical architecture and science.  And marine engineers are mainly responsible for designing, building, testing and repairing boats, ships, underwater craft, offshore platforms and drilling equipment. Furthermore, they are also responsible for selecting the ship’s machinery such as steam turbines, gas turbines, diesel engines and for the design of mechanical, electrical, fluid and control systems throughout the vessel.
According to BLS, employment of marine engineers and naval architects is projected to grow 10 percent by 2022. Marine engineers typically require a Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, naval architecture, marine systems engineering, or marine engineering technology.
