If you want your resume to directly reach the prospect employers of your dream jobs then use 'word clouds' that are mostly based on your frequently used words and phrases.
Word clouds are a fun way to illustrate words, where the most important ones are bigger than the others. In this way, your resume and cover letter will reach with the right message, hitting all the right keywords from the job description.
"If you're applying to a job, you want to make sure you've included all the keywords from the job description in your resume and other documents, use word-cloud generator to see which are the most frequently used terms, and then adjust accordingly to make sure you're sending the right message," Gillis said.
Be a Creative Storyteller:
Everyone grows up listening to bedtime stories from their parents, grandparents and today no matter how technologically the world is developed, all of us still love to hear stories.
So, while hunting for a job, apply the same formula of storytelling to grasp your employer’s attention so that it creates a sense of interest in them to know more about you. This, in a way will highlight you as the person with a great attitude.
