The market has changed drastically for skilled laborers. And good news is that there is a huge demand for skills, particularly specialized skills. These positions typically require workers who have specialized training or a learned skill-set to perform the work, but not usually a four year degree. Additionally these workers can be either blue-collar or white-collar workers, with varied levels of training or education.
