Bishop Cotton School, Shimla

Founded on 28 July 1859, it is known as one of the oldest boarding schools in Asia for boys. Bishop Edward Lynch Cotton is the founding father of this school. Having campus spread of 56 acres it houses around 500 students from class 3 – 12. Ruskin Bond a famous author is an alumni of cotton school.

Scindia School, Gwalior

The Scindia School situated in historic fort of Gwalior. Maharaja Madho Rao Scindia of Gwalior established this boys-only boarding school in 1897. It enrolls about 600 students annually with a student teacher ratio of 1:12. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is an Ex-Scindian.
