The Generation Y likes to face new challenges and prefer to change positions more frequently than the previous generations. To keep them onboard organizations can extend the Gen Y’ers an opportunity to work from home or flexibility, in the form of paid time off for study. It is noted by the managers that the Generation Y employees work well with deadlines and likes to boasts their tasks.
