1) Networking

Keep a track of the industry news to ensure whether there are any new acquisitions, and expansions. These could indicate the company might look for new candidates.

3) Submit your CV

While googling through a company website and if found the company is looking for a resume, make sure to submit the resume and keep posted. Additionally, many companies also use ATS (Applicant tracking System) to keep a track of the applications. In this case, ensure that the CV updated is in the ATS format.

4) Contact Managers Directly

Keeping a good relation with the managers is an ideal option, even though it might not turn up soon. But, in case of a vacancy, it can turn into a great advantage and your picture will be the first to pop up in their mind.
