The report states that nearly 38 percent of the hiring managers who participated in the survey used old methods for hiring. Relying on social media, networking and recruiting portals would give an edge to organizations to identify suitable candidates. Only seven percent of recruiters were keen on experimenting with newer and innovative methods which would help them to zero in on the talent pool. Job seekers on the other had should showcase their skill and achievements on social media and related recruitment platforms.
