Budget 2015 To Rake Up The Indian Job Market
BENGALURU: Union Budget of 2015 is just around the corner and the Union Finance Minister is all set to arrive with a ‘black case’ full of surprises. One among the most excited faction, eagerly waiting for those surprises are recruiters from the across various departments. Like everyone else in the country recruiters expect that Modi government would announce major reforms that will give hiring the much needed boost as reported by Business Insider.
Narendra Modi's Make in India Campaign is what motivated them to hope for the best. A recruiter with the real estate sector further validates this point by saying "Prime Minister Modi's Make in India campaign involves 25 key sectors. We expect the government to make important policy reforms, which in turn can attract more investments in these sectors. This will eventually result in the hiring activity to surge in these sectors."
Sourcing the right talent is obviously the priority of any organization. Siddharth Reddy, MD BI Worldwide notes that "gearing up for the talent war is now a priority and organizations are getting better prepared to add dependent employees who will set the agenda for the companies rather than vice versa. Companies are seeing value in an engaged team, the best way to stand out from their competitors."
The new budget is expected the rake up hiring scenario in the country especially in aviation, automobile and construction sectors. Those sectors which get immense benefits from the upcoming budget can be deemed as most important sectors for ‘Make in India’ campaign. Of all the sectors, government has so far reaffirmed its plans to develop infrastructure sector and even pitched the foreign investors to bring about growth in this sector. Therefore Infrastructure is certain to witness wide job opportunities.
Besides infrastructure, the government's budget announcements for sectors such as education, finance, real-estate as well as insurance will likely create more job opportunities very soon.
