Office is a professional place and you work there and contribute towards various developments that  includes you as well. And going to work without any sense of cleanliness is unprofessionalism and in a way shows disrespect to others as well.

Remember that it is not your home and you need to be presentable and ready to face the world. Though you don’t care about what the world thinks about your looks or dressing sense, it is still important to incorporate hygienic rules in your life for your own personal development.

When you look dirty you tend to send a bad idea to people around that you are not sincere and are not interested in working and being healthy.

So if you want that job in hand and more importantly want a hike, promotion and some respect; you should show some respect to hygiene first.
