Recruiter laziness

Your resume might be thick with the list of your degrees and diplomas. You might have spoken a lot and over answered during the interview. Yet, you might not be hired. The mistake is not yours. It is because the HR manager or the interviewer was too lazy to get hold of your extensive resume or response. So they simply chucked you out of the list.
