Little itch: The recruiter of a professional services firm Dany Bourjolly Smith shared his awkward recruiting experience by highlighting an applicant who despite having a good resume and performing well during the course of the interview suddenly started scratching his heels furiously for which Dany says that he refused to shake his hand soon after the job interview. Dany opined that, for a client facing position that the applicant was interviewing, requires professionals to behave in a proficient manner, and however by behaving in such a strange and unprofessional manner especially when it is related to hygiene strictly disqualifies him for the position.
