Founded in 2012, Thinkful teaches students how to code—from programming fundamentals to building web and mobile apps, through mentorship.
Because all its learning are online, individuals learn at their own pace and can access course material from anywhere in the world. In addition these professionals are dedicated mentorship, and are also placed in skill groups with other students learning the same subject. Thinkful offers three unique courses: front end web development, programming with Ruby on Rails, and programming in Python, that helps employees learn new skills and languages—which also means everybody at the company has now contributed to the codebase.
