Stuffing Trivial Words
As your mail gets longer, it’s less likely that the receiver would read it entirely. On most incidents mails are stuffed with unimportant acknowledgements. Using the available space without thought could only make it worse. Framing an appropriate mail should aim at keeping it precise along with attaching longer documents instead of typing it all in the mail.

Typing ALL UPPERCASE words
Inserting in all caps is the digital code for yelping and to something said out loudly. With this, the mail appears rude and forceful. The purpose of using the all-caps words is just emphasizing on the same. Beyond this it comes across as yelling. No one would prefer being yelled at, wouldn’t you?
