Human Services program prepares students to work in a range of human service roles with a focus on children and youth, and community development. It is an interdisciplinary and applied social science discipline that involves the study of social technologies, service technologies and social innovations that are designed to improve problems and enhance the quality of life of individuals, families and communities. Human services academic programs can be found in colleges and universities, which award degrees at the associate and graduate levels.

Median pay: $33,600

Elementary education program that prepares individuals to teach students in the elementary grades, which may include kindergarten through grade eight, they teach them basic subjects such as math and reading ,depending on the school system or state regulations. They must have a bachelor’s degree and a state-issued certification or license. They are allowed to work in both public and private schools.
