Many women in the companies have the belief that they are considered as an efficient worker when they complete the work they are been assigned successfully and they will be noticed and rewarded for their success. This belief is completely wrong because, the competitions in every level are just increasing day by day and we don't have sufficient time to wait for our right turn to come for getting good compliments and rewards. Speaking up your thoughts quickly during the time of meetings as it shows your self confidence. When you have achieved success in the right way, there is no space for getting shy at any level.
