According to a study conducted by the Catalyst, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding opportunities for women in workplace, reported that women accounted for only 14.4 percent of executive positions.

Don't consider the workplace is fair:
Women should carry the attitude that their workplace biased and will never act fair for them.
