Don’t Lie or Make up Answers:  There’s no room for lying or faking while giving a job interview because by doing that it just proves that you’re not credible enough for the job and this might in turn cost you the job. Most importantly individuals should make sure that the process stays intact from the day you put together your resume to your last day on the job.
Instead, just be prepared to talk the facts and explain things that are relevant to the topic. If you don’t know an answer to a question, simply it’s better to state you don’t know rather than make up stories which will land you in a mess. 
Don’t Talk Money: There’s a time and a place to discuss salary, bonuses, and perks of the job. And it’s important for individuals to wait until interviewer raises the question so that you can tell your demands and make the interview fruitful.
Even though your compensation package is a matter for major discussion and the end of the day there is going to be something offered, individuals should make sure that they don’t come to any such conclusions about the salary package, which in turn will create opportunity for the interviewers to write you off without a feedback.
Don’t Fail to Follow Up: Going for an interview is one of the most important events in anyone’s life. Don’t treat it casually if are serious about being part of a winning team. It’s your turn to do the following up work and not just walk away by making it your last chance.
Every individual should make sure that post-interview process is met and the first step is to put across a simple email or text to thank the hiring manager or IT recruiter for their valuable time. By doing this its creates an impression that your clear about your intensions and very much interested to add value to the company’s future growth.
