Project:
Experience section and project section are two different aspects. Your project section will include accomplishments and extracurricular activities that will tell an employer about your interests, motivations and skills.
Mention the projects you have done during college such as summer projects or internships. Include all the important details of the project briefly, to save the reader’s time.
If you are a fresher it is obvious that you will not have much work experience, in such cases if you mention the details of your projects it will pack up the requirement of experience.
Development:
The education you have pursued while working that helps you to continue to develop professionally is development. This includes on-site or online courses, workshops, conferences, seminars or self-learning materials.
Since this type of learning relates to education and experience, you can list development in a separate main section near the Education or Experience sections on your resume.
Enter details about your development training with the exact name of the training course, workshop, seminar or conference followed by the date.
