PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
If you already use agile practices or your organization is adopting agile methods, earning the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification will give you an edge in the project management space.
The PMI-ACP, which is among the highest paying IT certifications is currently receiving an 11 percent to 15 percent skills premium pay, and according to Foote's research, that is likely to increase as demand for everything agile increases.
Lean Six Sigma
Lean Six Sigma is a managerial concept combining lean manufacturing/lean enterprise and Six Sigma that results in the elimination of the eight kinds of waste, which is known as ‘Down Time’.
The certification is another new comer to the list of highest paying IT certifications, and is provided through the belt based training system similar to that of Six Sigma. The belt personnel are designated as white belts, yellow belts, green belts, black belts and master black belts, similar to karate.
The Master BlackBelt certification grew 9.1 percent in value in last 3 months and the Black Belt gained 12.5 percent in the same period according to Foote Partners research.
