Now, once the personal aspect is taken care of, make sure your new job fulfills your professional needs as well. Remember, you also have other goals in your life, other than this job. Does this job takes you any near to your aim or is it just to earn for living? Once you come up with an answer to this question,  you can easily determine the span of your job. If the job is contributing to your wishes, you should attempt to make it long term. If not, simply join remembering you will keep it short term.

#Is This a Company I’ll Be Proud to Work At?
With widespread increase in number of job portals, it’s no more a challenge to hit a job. The big deal is, whether you shot an ideal job. If others appreciate and recognize your work place, that does not make it supreme. An ideal job is when you feel proud of the work you do. The teacher of a local NGO might not have her name on Google, but important is if she sets pride in the job she does.

Simple, figure out the time value of the job. If you want to keep it short, your performance can be little loose from the beginning. But you won’t have such scope if you want to make it long term. So decide these before you commit to the company.
