Say No To Racial, Controversial Or Radical Views:  Say a big ‘NO’ to all this news because they are very sensitive issues and organizations prefers to stay away from these controversies and also expect the same from their employees. Most often individuals should avoid posting their views about political parties, religious sentiments, gender discrimination on social media platforms because you’re not the one only who’s using it and this might lead to a bigger issue. And this particular instance may ruin your chance of getting a job with companies that consistently do reference checks on social media even before calling for interviews.
