Employers and companies do have codes and passwords, documents and materials that are completely private. Revealing them to the outside world is against the company policy. You should abide this and not put them in social media. Many a times, employees do it innocently without knowing the consequences. So whenever you post anything in regards or in behalf of the company, make sure your post is worth a public display.
