Women earn 148.8 percent more than men in modeling industry. One possible reason for the difference is that men clothing industry is worth of 400 billion dollars whereas women clothing industry is worth of 621 billion dollars. In case of similar experience females earn 28.4 percent more than males.  

Auditing: It is true that women are good money managers than men. Women in auditing sectors earn 13 percent more than men. Females have more ability of negotiation than that of men. They are responsible for the management of financial area in an organization.

Average salary of a female auditor against male auditor is about 61,114 dollars. In finance job women have more competitive pay than any other job. Also women get promotion sooner than men.
