66 Pct Recruiters Expect New Jobs To Be On Board In Second Half Of 2015
BANGALORE: Around 66 per cent of recruiters are looking forward for the establishment of new jobs in the coming few months of this year as it has been witnessed that there has been a slight dip in comparison to the 69 per cent of the first few months of 2015, the Naukri Hiring Outlook Survey August 2015 had stated.
The survey that is based on half yearly’s takes into account the hiring sentiment across industries and sectors that consist of over 1900 consultants and recruiters. As per the survey, 41 per cent of consultants and recruiters anticipate the highest hiring potential in the IT industry for the latter half of this year, reports ET.
The trend has also followed in the BFSI sector for which the drop in percentage has fallen from 28 per cent in the last year to 19 per cent presently. The percentage of seeking participants for new jobs to be established in the development sector continues to remain constant at 26 per cent. The five main sectors seeking job creation are IT, retail, ITeS and BFSI.
